Chiang Mai Elephant Experience- 7 Days

Chiang Mai Elephant Volunteering & Tour

Do you dream of working with elephants and providing them with care and love? Do you want to experience the wonders of Northern Thailand while making a difference? Then this Chiang Mai Elephant volunteering project in Thailand with Global Crossroad is ideal for you!

Thailand is a wonderful country filled with experiences that attract countless tourists every year. There are mystical ruins and temples, amazing natural sights, fascinating wildlife and incredibly friendly communities everywhere you go.

Traveling in Thailand is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will give you a newfound love of nature, culture and animals.

Sadly, many elephants in Thailand languish and suffer in cruel conditions. This is mainly due to poor economic circumstances as many elephant owners feel the need to exploit the animals for labor and tourism in order to make a living. Forestry has also taken a huge toll on wild elephants as their homes are taken away from them.

By volunteering with the Elephants in Thailand, you can prove that these practices are not necessary, and that owners of elephants can make a great living while treating the animals with the kindness and respect they deserve. Your love and passion will go a long way towards ensuring that the elephants are happy, safe and never again exploited in cruel ways.

Do you want to use your love, passion and dedication to make a real difference for these amazing animals while immersing yourself in Thai culture and sights? Then contact Global Crossroad today for more information!

Volunteer Responsibilities & Impacts

During Chiang Mai Thailand elephant volunteer project, your responsibilities will include feeding and caring for the elephants. You will also be asked to help clean out their living areas, assist elephant veterinarians and other tasks depending on the needs of the project.
