Arrangement of Room, Food, and Supervision

When you volunteer abroad in Peru, you will most likely reside with a host family. This is a special opportunity to become immersed in Peruvian culture and the traditional way of life in this magical country. It is also a great chance to practice your Spanish.

Your host family will have had previous experience hosting international volunteers. They will also be in a safe neighborhood and close to your volunteer project location. You will have access to basic amenities.

Your weekly program fee covers the costs of your meals. You will enjoy three home cooked traditional Peruvian meals a day. In the event that you will not be home for lunch, a packed lunch will be made for you. Dining with your host family will be a delicious experience.
