How does the program work? Or Steps of Application

To offer a paid internship opportunity for qualified international students, Global Crossroad has adopted a 6-step process for qualifying. Before applying, please make sure that you meet the requirements of program.

Step 1: Submit your preliminary application (submit online) along with you résumé (as a Word document) to Global Crossroad. No program fee is needed in the preliminary screening phase.

Step 2: After reviewing your résumé and qualifications, we will contact you to set up a telephone interview to learn your interests and to determine whether your interests, skills, and qualifications match our internship openings. In some cases you can expect multiple interviews along with employer interviews as part of this process.

Step 3: We will notify you of the results of our preliminary screening. If you qualify, we call for a formal application, which will be sent by an attached file. You must submit a formal application with your total program fee (Click here for the details of your program fee and for Global Crossroad’s refund policies.)

Step 4: Once we receive your application with the program fee, we will help you through the visa application process, including offering our help completing your paperwork and helping you organize a visa sponsor for your application.

Step 6: With your DS2019 and all other related documents, you will now make your embassy appointment, for which we will help you prepare. Make your flight arrangements, send us your flight information, and someone will meet you at the airport.
