Cancellation/Refund Policy:

1. Processing Fee: Once an intern formally applies for the program (See step 3 of the application) the $1,000 will not be refunded because we have already invested our time and resources in setting up the intern’s placement.

2. DS 2019 fee: In the event of a visa denial at the embassy, the applicant will receive a refund of $500.

3. Insurance and deposit fee: These two fees will be fully refunded if the applicant decides not to join the program or fails to obtain a visa

4. If a participant withdraws from the program prior to entering the United States and receiving his visa, the cancellation/refund policy will be same as above (Cancellation/Refund Policy 1, 2, and 3).

5. Under no condition will a refund be issued to trainees who have obtained their visas to enter the United States.

6. Once the trainee has begun the U.S. Internship Program, no refund will be granted, regardless of the length of time remaining for the scheduled training period
