My Teaching Experience in Vietnam

From my very first day as a paid English teacher,  Global Crossroad Coordinator f or  Vietnam has made my experience rewarding and enjoyable. I have been pleasantly surprised to find them very  professional and supportive at every turn.  My teaching placement was  arranged promptly and has proven to be a wonderful place to work. 

Furthermore, GC has been extremely supportive whenever I had a work- related concern.  I get the distinct impression my happiness is their  top priority, rather than the of demands the school in which I work.  My accommodations have also been exemplary.  For the first month, I  lived with a  host family that can only be described as wonderful.  They really made me feel at home and made adjusting  to life in  Vietnam much easier.  The remainder of my placement has been spent in  the newly renovated dormitory, a house not far from my  workplace.  The live-in GC staff is very friendly and helpful.  All  meals are provided free of charge, and the neighborhood is quiet and  safe.  All in all, Volunteers for Peace in Vietnam has done a great  job.  I would not hesitate to recommend the organization to other  potential travelers, teachers, and volunteers
