Development Work

There are many local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Hanoi area who are working to help disadvantaged communities in the country. These young organizations have limited resources. Their financial sources are coming from grants and donations from international agencies.

Volunteers working in this project help with editing proposals, exploring information, editing translated reports and documents.

Our ongoing Vietnam volunteer program:

	Teaching English (Saigon)
	Teaching computer skills to orphans (Saigon)
	Working with disadvantaged children (Mekong Delta Region)

	Teaching English in Child Center ( Hanoi region)
	Teaching English in Primary School ( Hanoi region)
	Caring Disabled Children ( Hanoi region)
	Work for Development Projects/NGO ( Hanoi region)

Program: Volunteer in Vietnam
Project: Development Work
Start Dates: 1 st and 3 rd Mondays of each month
Arrival/Departure: Noi Bai (Ha Noi) International Airport
Language Requirement: Fluency in English
Accommodation and Meals: Dorm or home-stay. You may cook for yourself in the dorm or be served by a small Vietnamese restaurant or host family
Working Hours: 14-20 hours per week
