Overview of the Project
Many children in Chiang Mai are deprived from getting good English education. Education in Thailand is free and compulsory but the level of English teaching is not sufficient. The students going to primary schools age from 5-12 and aspire to learn English and become able citizens when they grow up. Most of these children also cannot afford to go to expensive private and boarding schools to attain English education.
English is in high demand in Thailand . Many school teachers lack the ability to teach proper English. And the number of good teachers is only handful and most of them also do not speak good English. Chiang Mai teaching English volunteers can use their education, skill, and time making meaningful contributions towards shaping the future of the kids.
