Overview of the Project

Global Crossroad's TEFL school in Costa Rica is located in the district of San Pedro, just 5-10 minutes from downtown San Jose, and an easy, weekend, bus-trip to beaches along the coasts of BOTH the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea! Global Crossroad's TEFL institute in San Jose is equipped with modern facilities such as high-speed internet, WI-FI access, cable television, as well as a snack bar, comfortable classrooms and a small library.

Upon arrival in Costa Rica , participants are immediately immersed in both an extensive and intensive TEFL program in San Jose . During evenings and weekends, discover the many wonders of Costa Rica . Global Crossroad's TEFL course is comprised of 120 hours of training and is recognized worldwide as an industry-leading teaching certification.

Volunteer Service Project

Upon successful completion of the TEFL-certification course, graduates can further explore Costa Rica by joining any of Global Crossroad's volunteer-based community service projects in areas in and around beautiful San Jose as well as other areas around Costa Rica .
