Marvin: Philippines Coordinator
Born in the historical and culturally rich city of Tacloban , Marvin began his career as the special features editor in an international educational company based in Denver . Before joining Global Crossroad's Philippine Project, he worked as a volunteer and managed the construction of the community playground and three donated houses in the village. Marvin has participated in the establishment of media center at Tanauan and has acted as a big brother (kuya) for a sponsored child since the program's inception. His background as an engineer equips him with a project oriented perspective of management and a practical approach to challenges. He is thorough, hard working, organized, and dedicated to the people in the community.
