National Holidays
In addition to the various holidays throughout the year, schools in Russia observe a New Year's break from December 31st to January 7 th . The following are national holidays observed throughout Russia :

International Women's Day: March 8th
Victory Day: May 9th
Continuing Support
For each newly-hired English-teacher, our partnering institute assigns a mentor who provides both guidance and support – offering constructive feedback and in-class observations. Our partnering institutions also offer monthly development seminars where instructors are brought up-to-date and kept current on industry-leading teaching skills.
Taxes & Utilities
Our partner institutions also cover all taxation and help cover utilities which arise while living in Russia .
Opportunities for Advancement
There are numerous opportunities for internal promotions as many of our partnering institutions' present-day senior staff members began as English-teachers, with some finding gainful employment in countries all over the world, including: Portugal, Mexico, Algeria, etc.

The following vaccines may be recommended for your travel to Eastern Europe and Northern Asia . Discuss your travel plans and personal health with a health-care provider to determine which vaccines you will need.
