Recruiting Process :
Step 1 : Prospective participants should fill out the application via Global Crossroad's online process, accompanied by personal resume (interested parties may also download and submit their application and resume via post/mail services).
Step 2: Upon receipt of completed application and resume, all information is then forwarded to Global Crossroad's affiliated institution in Mexico
Step 3: Global Crossroad's partner contacts prospective participants/applicants. At this point, said contact may request additional documents (i.e. curriculum vitae) as well as conduct a phone-based interview (if necessary)
Step 4: If accepted, our partner sends a letter of acceptance, a sample contract, and papers necessary for visa-processing to Global Crossroad. Upon receipt of all necessary documents, Global Crossroad will then forward this information to accepted participants along with an invoice.
Step 5 : At this point, prospective participants are required to contact their respective, local Mexican embassy or consulate and apply for a tourist visa. Upon receipt of tourist visa, participants are required to submit payment to Global Crossroad and begin making preparations for travel (i.e. vaccination, airfare, etc.).
NOTE: Interested participants are required to acquire a Tourist Visa if they are teaching for less than six (6) months. In the event that participants are teaching for longer than six (6) months, their affiliated school with assist in converting their Tourist Visa to a Working-Class Visa. |
