Ascending Mount
Kilimanjaro via the Marangu
Route, this 6 day/5 night adventure
tests participants with its
day-long treks through the environmental
diversity that is the area surrounding
Africa’s mightiest mountain.
Venturing through rainforests
and over cactus-lined deserts,
this journey visits various
mountain-bound huts as well
as the area known as “the
saddle,” completing the
epic trek at Uhuru Peak –
the highest point of elevation
in all of Africa.

You will arrive in Tanzania’s safari capital, Arusha, concluding
the day’s journey in Moshi
where the group will be debriefed
– receiving a short orientation.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner
provided.
Day Two:
In the morning, participants
head out to Kilimanjaro National
Park with numerous wildlife
observations en route to Marangu.
Beginning the trek through pristine
rainforests, the beginning ascent

Hut, an elevation of approximately
3700 meters treats the group
to spectacular views of Kibo
and Mawenzi’s peaks. Breakfast,
lunch and dinner provided.
Day
Four: As series of ascents
(5-7 hours, followed by another
2-hour trek) take participants
past various landscapes –
