Volunteer can choose the filed of music under the volunteer program in Bolivia. This is an association that promotes Bolivian art. The association is about to administrate several music and theatre institutes around Santa Cruz. The association also organizes a huge international baroque music and theatre festival once a year and musicians and artists from all over the world come to participate in the festival. The association also has other activities around the year like art exhibits, ferias, concerts, contests, courses, etc.

This project is perfect for volunteer who knows how to play an instrument (any kinds of instrument) and can teach as well. Volunteer can also assist in the administrative work in the office and help in planning various art events. Volunteer will work 4-6 hours a day from Monday to Friday. All necessary textbooks for the syllabus will be provided.

Volunteer can bring books with games and songs for the use of the children. Volunteer will experience through this project that teaching is a great sense of responsibility as well as a great fun.

It is recommended that volunteer learn as much Spanish as possible before arriving in Bolivia. This definitely does help in the successful placement of volunteers.
